Shipping policy

SHIPPING

USPS will be used for shipping within the USA. Expedited shipping will be based on your location and the carrier chosen. When you order on line, carriers for your location will be identified along with shipping price. Expedited shipping is always charged as indicated on your order page of our website.

Each package with one item has a shipping cost of $5.00. Orders containing two or more d’hair items will ship for free within the USA.

Orders for 6 or more d’hair items will have a discount of 10% off listed price. Orders of 12 or more d’hairs will receive a discount of 15% off listed price.

All international orders will be charged for shipping based on current rates and location of the package destination. These shipping costs do not include local customs and duty fees that may apply.

RETURNS

d’hair can be returned for up to 30 days from shipping date. For returns, customers will be granted a full refund of the amount of item(s) returned, minus the shipping and handling fee of $6.00 for each item. The item cannot be damaged, soiled or worn and all packaging must be without markings, damage, or missing parts or functionality. When your package is returned the items will be inspected to indicate if the item meets the return policy including: the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused, and unworn.  Please email returns@dhair.us to receive information about returns.  A shipping label will be generated upon request of a return.
